Who we are

PDF Universal (pdfuniversal.com) is the data controller. For any request write to info@pdfuniversal.com.

Files you upload (our VPS)

PDFs and images you upload stay on our server (a VPS under our control). They are used only to complete the operation you ask for. We do not share them with people, advertisers or AI systems. We do not use them for advertising, profiling or AI training. They are deleted automatically within 60 minutes.

Google Analytics

If you accept, we measure visits with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). These are anonymous counts: pages viewed, language, device type. Uploaded documents are never sent to Google. Analytics starts only after your consent. You can refuse: every tool still works.

Cookies and your choice

On your first visit we ask you to choose. “Accept” allows Analytics. “Necessary only” limits processing to the files on our VPS. We store that choice in your browser (localStorage). If you accept, Google may set its own cookies (_ga).

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time on this page. To ask for access, deletion or to file a complaint, write to us. You may also contact your national data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
